I think its Bella being sarcastic or something. Mike probably says, "you know, you wouldn't be able to survive without me" Or something cheesy like that... and then Bella pops in with her sarcastic personality.

Yeah. I think she tells him bye and he goes on to say that he is really the one and blah blah blah. And then she is like how will i go on.
I think that bella was being like, shot looks or something, and is talking to mike about it, and finally she breaks down or something.
